Oakwood Predator Lakes: A Session of PBs, Chaos & Tuttirami Triumph
Me and James headed down south to Oakwood Predator Lakes for a session that had it all—uneven ground, steep margins, and relentless catfish action. I set up on the left on infamous Suicide Peg, battling small cats and hauling in two decent Wels. Meanwhile, James locked into the right hand side of the swim and absolutely tore it up—breaking three PBs in one trip: 🏆 PBs Smashed: • Grass Carp • Common Carp • Wels Catfish 🎯 Bait of the trip: Tuttirami from the Fish Junkie range—stood out in the heat, pulling bites when nothing else did. 🎥 Note on footage: Some scenes were filmed using Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses, so not all clips hit the usual 4K frame rate standard. I’ve edited it as best I could to keep the vibe immersive and raw.. #FishJunkie #MetaRayBans #SonyA73 #DJIAction5Pro #GrassCarpPB #OakwoodPredatorLakes #Tuttirami
WATCH MY DEEPER QUEST BAIT BOAT REVIEW!
So before i bought this boat, there wasn't many reviews of it, and if they was, they were very rushed and not very detailed. so this is part 1 of my personal review. I will point out what i feel are pros and cons with this boat. Part 1 is about the boat and the bag ( think i get carried away with the bag lol ) part 2 will be about it getting on the water, and how the software works ect. so if your interested in this boat this is worth a watch, this is my first review so let me know what i need to do more of or less of... and yes I'm exaggerating the exaggerated stroking of the materials :)
4am catfish at oakwood predator lakes! and a Still Frame Is All We Got — Enjoy.
3AM chaos. Alarms screaming. James? Fast asleep. What starts as a missed wake-up spirals into a fog-drenched fight with a 74lb catfish — all kicked off with a double 18mm Tuttirami. With half the footage lost to sleep and scramble, we finally get the DJI Action 5 rolling to catch the epic tail-end of the battle. The weigh-in hits hard. James heads into the water to hold the beast... but keeping 74lb of pure muscle airborne proves tricky. Before we can get the hero shot, the catfish slips back into the mist like it was never even there. And just when it looks like it’s all for nothing — a blurry still from the video accidentally saves the day. Sort of. This one’s raw, gritty, and absolutely soaked in atmosphere. No glamour, just real stories from the bank.
